Terms and Conditions

AGE REQUIREMENT: For all vehicle categories, drivers must be over 21 years old.

PAYMENT METHOD: For all categories, a valid credit or debit card accepted by Drive & Go is required to make all required reservations, prepayments and final rental charges.

DRIVER’S LICENSE: A valid driver’s license issued at least one year prior to rental is required.

GRACE PERIOD: At the end of the agreed rental period, Drive & Go provides a 30-minute grace period at no charge. After this period, the renter is charged at least one additional rental day.

TRAFFIC FILES: All fines resulting from the driver’s behavior are the sole responsibility of the renter.

INSURANCE: All authorized drivers of Drive & Go vehicles are covered by insurance for damage caused by fire to the vehicle and third party liability for death, bodily injury and material damage. Coverage is subject to the general terms of Drive & Go’s insurance policy with its insurance company.

DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW-SCDW): The renter’s liability for damage to the vehicle may be reduced, provided that the Highway Code is not violated, to the following amounts:

• €950 for the small and medium categories
• €1500 for the SUV, Luxury,

The renter may reduce the above liability to a minimum of 0 euros for the SUV category……….. with a charge of 20 euros/day, for the …………. small and medium categories with 15 euros/day.

FUEL POLICY: The “Same as Same” policy applies. That is, the vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was when it was picked up. If it is returned with more, no compensation will be provided.

CHILD SEATS: Available upon request at no charge €0…../day.

FLEET AVAILABILITY: The company reserves the right to offer a different model than the one originally booked, of the same or higher category.

TRANSPORT BY BOAT: Allowed only with a written agreement with Drive & Go. It is noted that any damage to the vehicle during transport is not covered by any insurance.

TAXES: All prices and charges herein include VAT. In some offices a municipal tax of …..% is added to the rental cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation, the amount paid is not refundable.
